Playful Escapes

I’ve always believed that art is as much about discovery as it is about intention. While many of my collections are carefully shaped around themes and ideas, some of my favorite pieces come from those moments when the world surprises me—when I stumble across a fleeting light, a bold shape, or an ordinary object suddenly transformed into something extraordinary. It’s so much fun.

This collection gathers those unexpected encounters. A bloom rising defiantly toward the sky, a dune carved into sculpture by wind and time, the quiet pull of history in an old lighthouse, or even the raw bite of steel teeth—each piece reminds me that beauty is never limited to one place or form. It hides in nature, in memory, in industry, and sometimes in the smallest details we almost overlook.

What excites me most is sharing these discoveries with others. I create with a serious intent, yes—but also with a sense of fun, because I love when a viewer leans in, smiles, or pauses to see the world just a little differently. These works aren’t only about what I find—they’re about what you find when you stand before them.
